VIDVOID is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Indiana, United States. For almost anything, email is the fastest path:

We aim to respond to most email within 5 business days (US Eastern time). Refund and billing questions get prioritized.

Not required, but including one of these keywords gets your email to the right pile faster:

"Refund request" — if you're asking about a charge. Include your VIDVOID username, the approximate date and amount, and the Stripe receipt number if you have it. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy first.
"Account deletion" — we'll delete or anonymize your account within 30 days. Include your username.
"Data request" — a copy of everything we store about your account. Include your username.
"Bug report" — what you were doing, what you expected, what actually happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
"Security report" — if you found a vulnerability. Please don't publicly disclose until we've patched it.
"DMCA takedown notice" — copyright claims. Include all six elements listed in §9 of the Terms.
"Press / partnership" — anything media, collab, or promotional.

Report abusive chat? Ping a mod in the room in real time — email gets a slower response for something that needs immediate action.
